At Food For The Poor, we are guided by our mission to serve the poorest of the poor in 15 countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Our vision is to foster hope and transform lives by providing essential resources such as food, housing, healthcare, and education. We know that when children have access to essential resources such as nutritious food, stable housing, and education, they can thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
Our goal for this summer initiative is to raise $200,000 by the 4th of July to support projects that align with our mission in food, education, water, and housing.

Eco-Friendly Homes for Families in Tunja, Colombia
We need your support to complete our eco-friendly housing project in Tunja, Colombia. By donating, you will help construct safe, sustainable homes for 200 vulnerable individuals.

A Story of Hope:
Empowering Students in Puerto Cortés, Honduras
In the heart of Puerto Cortés, Honduras, 35 eager men and women dream of a better future. They yearn for the chance to gain meaningful employment and support their families.
We aim to construct a two-classroom building complete with an office and bathrooms, providing a safe and supportive environment for these students to thrive. This new facility will include scholarships for 30 students, covering transportation, food stipends, personal protective equipment, and monthly aid bags.
This project will directly impact 35 students and benefit 175 community members indirectly. Together, we can build a brighter future for these students and their families.
